Garlic and Herb Hummus

3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can chickpeas
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp. fresh parsley
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ c. water
1 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Peel the garlic. Wrap garlic cloves in foil, place in oven for 20–25 minutes or until garlic is soft and slightly roasted. Remove from oven and cool.

Drain chickpeas and pat dry.

In a food processor, add all ingredients and spices. Puree the mixture into a fine paste. Remove from processor and place in a small bowl.

Cover and chill.
