1 ½ lbs. Red Snapper Filets
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh thyme
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. onion powder
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut Red Snapper into 3 ounce pieces.
Combine and mix olive oil, onion powder, salt, and thyme in a bowl.
Spray cookie sheet with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place red snapper fillets on the sheet pan. Evenly spread the herb and oil mixture over the snapper.
Bake for approximately 12–15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork: internal temperature of the red snapper should be 155 degrees.
